Porsche’s green supercar is now available to order, priced from Euro 645,000 plus VAT. The production is limited to just 918 examples and scheduled to commence on September 18 2003 at the Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen factory. First deliveries will commence shortly after in November.

The 918 Spyder features a 4.0 litre V8 petril engine with over 500bhp and two electric motors, that deliver an additional. 218bhp. 0-62mph comes in just 3.2 seconds, top speed is more than 199mph, while offering an impressive 94mpg and CO2 emissions of just 70g/km.
