Opel has released first pictures of the GTC Paris concept which previews the new Astra OPC. The GTC Paris concept is powered by a turbocharged 2.0 litre four-cylinder engine that according to the press release packs “maximum horsepower and torque”. Very likely we are talking somewhere between 285-300 bhp!

The engine also features start/stop technology, with power sent to front wheels via six-speed manual transmission.

Exterior features an aggressive front fascia, LED daytime running lights, aluminium window trim, roof mounted spoiler , integrated dual exhaust tips and the Opel signature blade. Other highlights are a FlexRide suspension with a Watt’s link in the rear and a limited-slip front differential.
