Aston Martin has the luxury Cygnet, so it should not come as a surprise that other automakers are thinking about their own small luxury city cars.

This time Cadillac has unveiled a new Urban Luxury Concept at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The concept is 3,835 mm long and 1,7350 mm wide seating four people and features scissor doors for easy access.

In the heart of this small city car concept is a 1.0-liter turbocharged three cylinder engine with electric assist technology, engine start-stop function, brake energy regeneration and a dry dual-clutch transmission. Estimated fuel economy is 3.6 liters per 100 km on the highway and 4.2 liters in the city. For full details see the press release after images.
