2012 Mercedes-Benz B-Class spied testing as a Taxi

The next-generation B-Class has been spotted testing near company’s test and engineering facility with a full camouflage and a taxi roof sign. Why the yellow taxi sign on a prototype? We have no idea and your guess is as good as ours.

Rumor is that the second-generation B-Class will be based on the BlueZero Concept and in addition to the hatchback version there will be a four-door sedan(AMG badged as well) and a coupe/cabriolet version.

The 2012 B-Class will be released sometime in 2011.
